Solution 1: Set up a Digital Certificate
- Open the Start Menu and type .QBW32.exe in the search space and hit enter.
- Or go to C:\ drive in the Program files\Intuit\QuickBooks.
- Right-click on the file and select on Properties.
- Now, click on the Digital Signature tab and ensure that Intuit, Inc is selected.
- Tap on Details.
- In the Details View tab, click on the View Certificate button.
- Keep clicking on the Next button until you get the Finish option on your screen.
- Now, click on Finish.
- Reboot your workstation.
- Reopen your QuickBooks and try to download the update again.
Solution 2: Set up your Firewall or Anti-Virus
